Obtaining a Photo I/D

Updating…when updating your I/D cards please have a current utility bill with you. Once we put the new sticker in place it acts as a reader to gain access to our amenities except for the theater at this time. You will no longer be required to obtain an annual sticker. If you ever move out of Township your card will be deactivated after closing on your unit. You will still receive a complimentary guest card with 60 spaces on it for your guests!

New Owner…A new owner must provide their Warranty Deed in order to register for a TCMA I/D card. There is a $25.00 per person one-time card fee. Children over the age of 12 can and should obtain a card. If your name doesn’t appear on the Warranty Deed, then an affidavit must be signed and notarized and returned to the I/D office prior to receiving a card. This is showing occupancy, not ownership. All occupants must have an affidavit on file per person living in that dwelling, regardless of their age.

Rental Villages…When you’ve signed your rental agreement, you will be given a short form lease from either Advenir or Olivine. Please bring this to the I/D office to obtain your I/D card. No fee is charged at this time. TCMA bills Advenir or Olivine directly for your cards. Upon the expiration of your lease date your card will be deactivated until you produce an updated short form lease.

Private Rentals…If you elect to rent out your unit, please be reminded that your card(s) as an owner cannot be utilized. You have given that right to your tenants. If you no longer rent, you will be reactivated.
