The Township Master Community Association, Inc. is located on the northeast corner of Copans Road and Lyons Road in Coconut Creek, serving a large and active residential community.

Performing Arts Center
T.C.M.A. is proud of its 522-seat Performing Arts Center, presenting a variety of shows throughout the year, from full-scale musical productions to Star Packages at affordable prices.
Recently released movies are shown free monthly to residents and their guests with a T.C.M.A. ID card.
T.C.M.A. Ballroom
The Ballroom hosts dinner/dances, club meetings, and special events. It includes an elevated proscenium stage with theatrical curtains, a small backstage dressing room, and a small grand piano.
The Ballroom is also available to Township residents for private party rentals upon availability. Holidays are excluded.
T.C.M.A. Clubhouse
The Clubhouse offers a variety of game rooms, classes, programs, and seminars for residents.

T.C.M.A. Lake Tacoma
Lake Tacoma is a 10-acre lake surrounding the T.C.M.A. amenities, with a breathtaking view and fountain to enjoy.
There is also a paved walking path just shy of a mile and a boardwalk area for relaxing.
