1. Download
- Open the current TCMA class registration PDF.
- Print a copy for each person or class as needed.
- Use the current form linked from this page.
2. Complete
- Fill in resident and contact information clearly.
- Write class or program details exactly as listed.
- Review the form before bringing it to the Clubhouse.
3. Submit
- Bring the completed form to the appropriate Clubhouse desk or office.
- Ask staff about payment, capacity, or waitlist instructions when applicable.
- Keep a copy or photo for your own records.
Registration Details Can Change
