TCMA Administrator

As Administrator, Linda handles all TCMA Corporate business conducted under the direction of the TCMA Board of Directors. She oversees the TCMA Clubhouse, Management, Maintenance Department, I/D and Security offices and the entire staff in a Human Resource capacity. She works directly with contractors on landscaping and irrigation issues, acting as point of contact with city and county officials regarding anything that may arise pertaining to the TCMA. Linda handles all resident inquiries, concerns and practices with an open door policy at all times. In addition, Linda is the Editor of our Township “Citizen” Magazine, and website.

Milena serves as TCMA Admin Assistant and Architectural Review Coordinator. For Architectural Modification Approval Process, please refer to the link on this page, prior to making exterior changes to your home. Satellite dishes require prior written approval as well.

Anita is responsible for issuing new and updating current Township ID cards. Please refer to the link on this page for ID Office hours and required documents for obtaining your card, as well as any updated procedures.

Clubhouse Coordinator

Ronit greets all guests of the Clubhouse and cheerfully directs them to their desired destination. Please remember, it is required that you present your Township ID upon arrival. Ronit is also responsible for coordinating monthly club and village meetings as well as scheduling seminars and classes held in our clubhouse. You may also be greeted by Claude or Sharon depending on that day's shift! Please be sure to say “hello”.

Richard and his team keep our Community Master Association running in tip-top shape. They are responsible for any number of problems that arise, from a leaky water valve to replacing light bulbs, to problems and projects that are far more involved.
