ID Security Cards

- Update Current ID Card
- No fee. Bring a current bill showing your address.
- New ID Card
- $25 per card. Bring Warranty Deed or Lease.
Obtaining a Photo ID
Updating an ID Card
When updating your ID card, please bring a current utility bill. The new sticker acts as a reader for TCMA amenities, except for the theater at this time.
You will no longer be required to obtain an annual sticker.
New Owners
A new owner must provide their Warranty Deed to register for a TCMA ID card. There is a $25.00 per person one-time card fee.
Children over age 12 can and should obtain a card.
Affidavit Requirement
If your name does not appear on the Warranty Deed, an affidavit must be signed, notarized, and returned to the ID Office before receiving a card.
This confirms occupancy, not ownership. All occupants must have an affidavit on file.
Rental Villages
Bring your short form lease from Elliot Cocoplum or Olivine to obtain your ID card. No fee is charged at this time.
Your card will be deactivated when the lease expires until an updated short form lease is provided.
Private Rentals
If you rent out your unit, your owner card cannot be used while tenants have the right to use the amenities.
If you no longer rent, your card can be reactivated.
Moving Out of Township
If you move out of Township, your card will be deactivated after closing on your unit.
You will still receive a complimentary guest card with 60 spaces for your guests.

Download the affidavit form to read, print, sign, and notarize when required by the ID Office.
